1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Booking Leads ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Booking Leads is a SaaS platform that provides an AI-powered chatbot widget for businesses. The chatbot helps capture leads, answer customer questions about your business, and facilitate appointment bookings. The Service includes a dashboard for managing your business information, widget configuration, and lead data.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered at a subscription rate of $99 per month. Token usage is billed separately based on your chatbot’s activity. When your token balance falls below $5, your stored payment method will be automatically charged. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Payment Information

Card details provided for billing are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely. We do not share your payment information with third parties except as necessary to process payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the chatbot for deceptive or misleading practices

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Booking Leads and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any business data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your business data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Lead data captured by your chatbot is owned by you and can be accessed through the dashboard.

9. AI-Generated Content

The chatbot responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of your business information that the AI chatbot communicates. AI Booking Leads is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions or downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Booking Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
